E-MAIL:

We do not share e-mail addresses with third parties and we do not use e-mails for other than communicating with our clients.

CLIENT DETAILS:

We do not share our client's details such as Name,Address,E-mail and Telephone Numbers with any third parties.

BOOKING:

We work on first-come-first-served basis. Any booking must be approved with a DJ Tomix Entertainment Represenatative via e-mail, telephone call or personal meeting. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request for any reason.

*** PAYMENTS ***

DEPOSIT:

The required deposit is due at the time of booking.By paying the deposit you agree to our terms (privacy) listed on our website.The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, even if 42 day notice is given.

PAYMENT BALANCE:

Final payment of the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

Forms of payment include personal check, certified check, cashier's check, money order, credit cards or cash. There is a $50 charge on any returned checks in addition to any finance charges that may accumulate.

CREDIT CARDS:

We process all credit card payments thru 3rd parties, which are PayPal or Paysystems.Their website is: www.paypal.com and www.paysystems.com. We do not have access to your credit card details (card number, expiration date, name etc.)

CANCELLATION by the client:

Notice of cancellation by the customer shall be in writing and delivered to the contractor (DJ Tomix Entertainment) before 42 calendar days (6 weeks) prior to their event, in which case a full refund, if any due, with exception of the deposit, will be expedited. If such notification is not given, the contractors will assess the full service fee, including the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason, even if 42 day notice is given. If the customer, for any reason, is delinquent on payment, the unpaid balance will be subject to a 5% financing charge.

CANCELLATION by the contractor:

Notice of cancellation by the contractor shall be in writing and delivered to the customer before 42 calendar days (6 weeks) prior to their event, in which case a full refund, if any due,will be expedited.This is subject to proven detention by sickness, accidents, equipment malfunction, or acts of God beyond the control of the contractor. In the unlikely event that the contractor is unable to appear, the contractor will make every effort to find a qualified substitute replacement. In the unlikely event that a replacement cannot be found, the contractor will make full refund of any deposit paid by the customer. The customer agrees that the refund will be the full extent of damages he or she is entitled to and no further damages may be sought against the contractor.

REFUNDS:

All refunds occured by cancellation will be expedited to the client by Business Check within 15 days of cancellation.
